Shipping

All orders are shipped out within 3 – 5 business days, often sooner.

Orders are shipped via USPS.

In order to keep our prices low and provide good value for our customers, orders of 1 – 3 items are shipped via US Letter Mail which does not provide tracking numbers. Orders of 4 or more items are shipped via US Package Rate mail which does provide tracking numbers.

Orders are shipped from Northern New Jersey and will normally arrive within a week from when they were shipped. Occasionally, there may be a delay with a shipment and it may take longer to arrive due to an issue with the US Postal Service. This normally occurs around holidays or times of inclement weather.

Returns and Exchanges

All buttons are made to order. When you place an order for a button, it is then manufactured specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double check your order before placing it. Please make sure you are ordering the correct button(s) in the correct size(s).

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds and replacements are provided for items that arrive damaged when documentation is submitted as proof of damage. Documentation includes photos or videos of the damaged goods with the original packaging. Requests for a refund or replacement must be submitted within 5 days from when you received your order.
